Lead Paramedic, Operations Manager & Founder of Paramind Medical LtdWith a background in frontline emergency care, Lee Carr is a serving NHS Paramedic with over 14 years of experience and the founder of Paramind Medical Ltd — a Paramedic-led company delivering event medical cover, medical repatriation, VIP medical escort services, emergency information QR systems, and first aid training across the UK and internationally. With a background in operational command and remote medicine, Lee brings a calm, structured approach to complex and high pressure environments. Drawing on real world experience, he has also developed practical patient safety systems designed around what is genuinely needed during emergencies, ensuring information is accessible when it matters most. Outside of his professional work, Lee is a proud father to two children, Holly and Tristan, balancing his commitment to frontline care with family life.

All of our clinicians have a minimum of 2 years of NHS frontline service experience and are committed to their continuing professional development (CPD), keeping them current with the latest clinical guidelines and research in UK pre hospital medicine. Most bring current, extensive NHS frontline service experience or work within specialist roles, so their knowledge of UK hospitals and treatment pathways guarantees that you’re always in the best hands.

Governance, safeguarding & insurance
In addition to clinical excellence, we hold ourselves to strict standards across DBS checks, HCPC registration, safeguarding, medication administration, insurance and governance — so every client is in safe, accountable hands.
DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service)
All of our clinical staff have up to date and verifiable enhanced DBS checks, giving you peace of mind that the person responsible for your care has no convictions, cautions, or reprimands and can be 100% trusted to look after you and your loved ones.
HCPC (Health & Care Professions Council) registration
All of our Paramedics have completed at least a BSc in Paramedic Science at one of the major UK universities, and can only register as a Paramedic with the HCPC after successfully completing their degree. The HCPC regulates all Paramedic activity, so our Paramedics adhere to the HCPC Standards of conduct, performance and ethics at all times. Safeguarding vulnerable adults and children
