What happens when the profile is accessed?

The hosted profile opens and an email access alert is sent to nominated contacts. This supports timely awareness for next of kin, care managers, or support workers.

What is a responder note and how should it be used?

A responder note is an optional message submitted by the person accessing the profile. If one is submitted, it’s sent by email to nominated contacts. It’s informational and may help those supporting the profile holder understand what has happened or what action has been taken.

Can families and care settings receive access audits?

Yes. Access logs and exports can be provided to support communication, records, and incident review. Every access event the system records and audits we can produce at any time on request.

How quickly will we receive the stickers or keyring?
