Standard First Aid Needs Assessment – £150
Suitable for medium sized workplaces, mixed risk environments, or more complex shift patterns. This assessment may be completed remotely or may require additional clarification depending on the information provided.
Enhanced First Aid Needs Assessment – from £250
Suitable for larger, higher risk, or more complex workplaces. This may include multiple work areas, public access, or higher risk activities. An on site visit may be recommended where required.

Terms and Conditions
First Aid Needs Assessment – Tiered Service
These Terms and Conditions apply to all First Aid Needs Assessments provided by Paramind Medical Ltd.
By selecting an assessment tier and completing a purchase, the client confirms acceptance of the terms set out below.
1. Nature of the service
The First Aid Needs Assessment is an advisory and consultative service designed to assist workplaces in determining appropriate first aid provision in line with current Health and Safety Executive guidance.
This service does not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, or regulated healthcare activity.
2. Tier selection
Assessment tiers are selected by the client based on information provided during the pre assessment stage.
The selected tier reflects the size, complexity, and risk profile of the workplace as declared by the client at the time of purchase.
3. Accuracy of information
The client is responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the pre assessment stage is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Paramind Medical Ltd shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies or omissions in the assessment where incorrect or incomplete information has been provided.
4. Right to recommend a different tier
Paramind Medical Ltd reserves the right to recommend a different assessment tier if, upon review of the submitted information, the selected tier is deemed inappropriate for the nature, size, or risk profile of the workplace.
Where a higher tier is required, the client will be informed and provided with the option to upgrade before the assessment is completed.
Where a lower tier is sufficient, Paramind Medical Ltd may proceed without additional charge or adjust the service accordingly.
5. Refusal of service
Paramind Medical Ltd reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the service if insufficient information is provided or if the workplace risks cannot be adequately assessed based on the information supplied.
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
6. Assessment methodology
Assessments may be completed remotely or on site depending on the selected tier and the information provided.
Remote assessments are conducted based solely on the information supplied by the client and supporting documentation where applicable.
Paramind Medical Ltd reserves the right to recommend an on site assessment where a remote review is deemed insufficient.
7. Delivery of assessment report
A comprehensive First Aid Needs Assessment report will be provided digitally within 24 hours of receipt of the completed assessment questionnaire, in most cases.
Timescales may vary where additional clarification or information is required.
8. Limitations of the assessment
Recommendations provided are based on guidance available at the time of assessment and are advisory in nature.
The assessment does not replace the client’s legal responsibility to maintain appropriate first aid provision or to review assessments following significant changes to the workplace.
9. Training and ongoing support
Any recommendations regarding first aid training, compliance support, or ongoing services are provided without obligation.
Any additional services requested by the client will be subject to separate terms and pricing.
10. Limitation of liability
Paramind Medical Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from reliance on the assessment where the client has failed to implement recommendations or where information provided was inaccurate or incomplete.
11. Acceptance of terms
By completing the purchase and submitting assessment information, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full.
